How does iTrent handle employees with multiple jobs?

The system fully supports multiple employments, a key requirement for many of or Charity & NFP customers. Employees with multiple jobs or contracts can report to different managers, have separate holiday balances and even book unfit to work from one job whilst being available to work for another. Within iTrent an employee with multiple jobs would only hold one employee record.

Can we hold volunteer information with iTrent?

Yes, you can hold anything from a very basic HR record for the purpose of contact information, right the way through to a detailed record holding skills & training, checks information the volunteer could also claim expenses or view their roster using employee self-service.

Does iTrent have the functionality to conduct employment checks?

Within iTrent you have the ability to create screening questions in advance to ensure that candidates meet your working requirements. iTrent can also record any checks conducted such as Disclosure, barring & DBS.
